At Raven Counseling, we aspire to cultivate a professional environment where skilled, competent, and compassionate therapists can thrive as both collaborators and autonomous clinicians. We prioritize independence by trusting providers to structure their schedules, tailor their clinical approach, and shape a practice that reflects their values and strengths. At the same time, we strive to maintain a culture grounded in mutual respect, open communication, and genuine support. Our aim is to build a community of balanced, confident clinicians who feel empowered in their work — because when clinicians are truly supported, clients benefit.

We are currently looking for providers who are willing to work via telehealth OR hybrid with office availability in Cottage Grove after 3pm M-Th and all day Fri-Sun. We plan to expand our physical office space as we grow. You are welcome to start as a telehealth only therapist and transition to an in-person or hybrid role in the future. 

*Please note, we are currently looking for independently licensed providers who want to carry a full time caseload.
